Betsy Brandt, born March 14, 1973 in Bay City, is an American actress. She is best known for the role of Marie Schrader in the television series Breaking Bad.

She began her artistic career at the theater, where she played in the pieces Much Ado About Nothing in Arizona then in San José. She travels through the 2000s by chaining appearances in successful television series: Without a Trace, Judging Amy, ER (TV series), Boston Legal, The Practice, House, M.D. and NCIS (TV series), until 2008. Indeed, she finally landed her first regular role: that of Marie Schrader, wife of DEA agent Hank Schrader, and sister of Skyler White, in the psychological thriller Breaking Bad. The series enjoyed immense critical success and generated an increasing audience during the six years of its broadcast.
